Erasmus VET
L'Erasmus+ VET (Vocational Education and Traning) è un programma di formazione professionale, che rientra nel più ampio programma dell'erasmus+.
Il programma VET è indirizzato prevalentemente a tutti i giovani diplomandi o diplomati in una scuola professionale o in un istituto tecnico.
Lo scopo dell'ERASMUS+ VET è infatti quello di premettere a tutti i giovani di perfezionare le proprie abilità e competenze sulla base del proprio percorso di studio, attraverso un periodo di tirocinio all'estero finanziato dall'Unione Europea.
Le istituzioni europee attraverso i progetti dell'ERASMUS+incoraggiano pratiche di apprendimento innovativo, collaborazione tra paesi e scambio di esperienze tra giovani e professionisti. Inoltre, incentivano i giovani a conoscere e vivere l'Europa, per favorire la nascita di un'identità europea ricca e variegata.
Nella pratica...
L'Erasmus+ VET è un tirocinio per la formazione professionale che permette di svolgere un periodo di lavoro da 2 settimane a 12 mesi in un paese estero.
In questo modo il tirocinante avrà la possibilità non solo di svolgere un tirocinio professionalizzante, ma anche di vivere un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile: conoscere nuove città, affacciarsi nel mondo del lavoro in un modo nuovo e stimolante, conoscere nuove persone e emigliorare le proprie capacità comunicative e relazionali.
I paesi aderenti al progetto sono tutti i paesi membri dell'UE e molti altri paesi europei e non. Per maggiori informazioni sulle mete visita la pagina ufficiale.
Chi può partecipare?
Possono partecipare al bando tutti gli studenti o i neodiplomati (cioè coloro che abbiano conseguito il titolo da meno di un anno) degli istituti tecnici e professionali.

ERASMUS+ VET MOBILITY CHARTER
In 2015 we got the VET Mobility Charter, a precious and important acknowledgement given to organizations for the high standard quality in organizing VET mobilities for the period 2015-2020. The aim was to let them further develop their European internationalization strategies as well as develop international approaches throughout the sending institutions.
Thanks to the VET Charter, we organized 60 mobilities for learners for each year from 2015 to 2020 in Europe and overseas countries as well as 25 mobilities for the school staff for every year.
We started to develop our partnership network, by selecting exclusive restaurants, hotels and resorts instead of intermediary organizations for a better and more functional impact in terms of skills and job opportunities and to select our partners in the most popular tourism destinations in order to offer the best training opportunities to our students and staff.
Prestigious hotels, resorts and companies in Turks and Caicos, Guadalupe and Réunion islands hosted our students for internships with brilliant results as well as in Europe, like UK, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Denmark, France just to name a few.
The results were so many: developing professional skills, foreign languages as well as soft skills like teamwork, creativity, flexibility, self confidence, leadership; creating job opportunities, orienteering to the career; fostering green values, equality, inclusion and European values; letting beneficiaries discover their talent and their uniqueness, bring them to their success in their professional and personal life.
In 2020 we got the Erasmus+ VET Accreditation, another precious acknowledgement for our school!
It will allow us to go on with the internationalization strategy started with the VET Charter and to reach more and more ambitious results!
Thanks to the Accreditation, we will have funded projects until 2027 for each year both for students and staff. That means plenty of opportunities, experiences and success for everybody, respecting the uniqueness and talents everybody has!
With the Accreditation there is a great novelty: the possibility to have Erasmus+ partners not only in Europe and overseas countries, but all over the world! Great news which will bring lots of new opportunities and jobs!
So doors open to new contacts: Thailand, USA, the Maldives Island, Dubai…..THey are our first destinations but the world is so big and the opportunities we can offer are limitless!
